How we run

- You speak with a founder. There is no tiered support queue
between you and the person responsible for the work.
- Backups are tested. We run nightly backups and rehearse
restores, so we know a restore works before you need one.
- Systems are monitored automatically. Health checks run
continuously and humans are paged when attention is needed. Support response
stays a same business day commitment.
- Server outages take priority. Server down issues enter a
dedicated lane and go to the front of the line.
- AI work leaves a record. Every action an AI assistant takes is logged and auditable. If it is not in the log, it did not happen.
